Endoscopic Brow lift & Bicoronal Brow Lift
As we age, our eye brows, like the rest of our face tends to sag and droop. Fine lines start to develop in the forehead and along the sides of our eyes.
At Summit Plastic Surgery and Med Spa, plastic surgeon Dr. Chhatre can treat these signs of aging. Dr. Chhatre is skilled in the use of two different brow lift techniques depending your particular features and needs. These procedures are:
- Endoscopic brow lift, which uses several small scalp incisions and endoscopes to do the lift. This is useful with moderate degree of eyebrow sagging. It is minimally invasive.
Open brow lift, also known as bicoronal brow lift, is useful when there is severe sagging of eyebrows. This procedure gives excellent and long lasting results but involves long but hidden scars.

Like a facelift, a brow lift procedure is usually done as an outpatient. Most patients have very little pain following the surgery. Most patients return to work about a week after surgery. There may be some bruising for a week or so and some swelling for a few weeks following surgery.
