The nipple will be repositioned and the breast will be lifted. Most incision scars are permanent, however, they usually fad and over time will improve in appearance.
This surgery is usually done as an outpatient but may need overnight stay in the hospital. Final results of breast reduction will appear over the next few months as breast shape continue to settle. Although and incision line scars are permanent, they will improve over time and can be hidden under most swimsuits.
